Mr. Gorgazzi experience in structural engineering includes the design of buildings using concrete, structural steel, light gage, wood, and CMU.

His experience in renovations and additions include several projects built as early as 1929. His advanced technical knowledge of Engineering together with his expertise in state-of-the-art software create economical but functional buildings which are easy to build. 

Several buildings renovated by Mr. Gorgazzi include:

·         Camp Street Residences, San Antonio, Texas. Converted an existing  6 story warehouse building into luxury condominiums.

·         Drury Plaza Hotel, San Antonio, Texas, converted an exsiting 8 story garage to be used for an additional 5 story hotel space.

·         River Walk, San Antonio, Texas. Analyzed existing channel walls to be replaced for a new river walk.

·         BAMC/North Beach, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Renovated multistory hospital buildings to be converted to office buildings for the U.S. military.  

·         Weston Centre, San Antonio, Texas. Modified existing structure to support tens of thousands of pounds in file loading by using fiber wrap around the concrete members of a +30 story building.
