Mr. Brooks joined Beicker Martinez Engineering, Inc. in February 2006. In less than a year, he has been active in the design and construction phase of over 50 projects including everything from two and three-story wood framed town houses to three-story concrete tilt wall office buildings and leased space. In this short amount of time, he has shown great potential and reliability in addition to the top-notch performance that we expect out of all of our employees.
Chuck graduated in May 2000 from the United States Military Academy at West Point and went on to serve as an Infantry Officer in the United States Army. During Operation Enduring Freedom, Chuck managed all of the reconstruction projects in his task force’s area of operations. These included over 100 projects consisting of road repair, waterway improvement, irrigation systems, drinking water procurement, structural construction and repair, medical assistance, and agricultural assistance programs. During this time, he gained valuable experience managing project finances and coordinating with many government agencies and local contractors. This has been evident in his performance here. His ability to coordinate with contractors and architects to give the client their desired product in the most economical and structurally sound manner has been an asset to both the company and our clients. Chuck’s recent local projects include the expansion of the Johnson Controls Battery Division, the Westover Hills Town homes, the Karta Technologies addition and the Shavano III and Shavano Oaks office buildings. In these projects and others, he has shown that he is well rounded, flexible, and has the desire and tendency to go the extra mile for our clients. |
